Tingling

This is weird.

I've been having tingling down my right arm sporadically for the past two months or so. But over the past two or three days its become more insistant and almost painful.
I can't move my little finger or the finger beside that very much without getting pain in them, and now my wrist is starting to feel really sore.

Its a bit of a pain cause I use my right hand for almost everything - cause I'm right handed funnily enough. And while its not unbearable, it noticeable. And the tingling hasn't lasted for this long.

I'm thinking that if it continues I'm going to go to the doctor. It might just be how I'm sitting at work or something. But I want to be sure - cause its kind of weird.

sounds like a trapped nerve, possibly RSI related. I get really bad RSI in my right wrist, so I use a gel pad to try and reduce it. Might be worth going to the doctors though, if it is a trapped nerve they should be able to give you anti-inflammatory drugs and some exercises to help.

Ditto to what Louise said.

Definitely get a wrist wrest - they take some getting used to but you should find they're worth it. Hope it eases off soon.
